Terms of use

TicketBooth is a technology and transaction-facilitation platform. Each ticket is sold, fulfilled and receipted by the Partner named on the product page ("the seller"). Payments are made through the seller's own payment gateway.

Tickets and QR codes

A QR ticket is issued only after confirmed payment (or an approved claim). Each QR is unique and valid for one entry. Transfers approved by the seller revoke the previous QR and issue a new one.

Discounts

One discount or voucher per transaction; discounts cannot be stacked. Senior Citizen, PWD, Student and membership discounts require a valid matching ID at entry; staff may deny entry when the ID does not match.

Refunds, cancellations and resale

There is no automatic refund. Where the seller permits, tickets can be transferred or resold through TicketBooth. If the seller cancels, it decides on a refund, credit or reschedule, which TicketBooth records.

Partners

Partners remain responsible for their products, pricing, taxes, fulfilment, receipts, customer obligations and their payment-gateway relationship, and pay the agreed TicketBooth commission and charges.
