Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to issue and validate your tickets: name, email, mobile number, attendee or passenger details requested by the seller, and, for eligibility discounts, the ID details and image you upload.

Your details are shared with the seller of the ticket you buy, for fulfilment, entry and support. ID numbers and payout data are stored encrypted, and ID images are only visible to authorised staff reviewing the discount.

We do not sell personal data. You can request access to or deletion of your data through Help & support, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
